This features wedding was a special one, Eleanor & Ash tied the knot at Highley Manor in Sussex.
I’ve known the couple for many years. Ash is a long time friend and I knew him growing up.
He’s married someone amazing too, Eleanor is one of those girls who has an abundance of happy energy and is a blast to be around. They really do bounce off each other, what a fab couple.
Highley Manor has been through some changes of recent. It’s quite the venue now. With it’s airy spacious cottage for Brides to get prepaired, through to the beautiful grand entrance and banqueting hall. The couple decided on some quite amazing decoration to compliment this.
Eleanor was so excited whilst getting ready. Her bridesmaids had everything under control. Waiting for me were the hanging dress, flowers, jewellery and wedding shoes. Snap snap snap and I moved onto the applications of hair and make up.
Followed was the dress and voila, Eleanor was transformed into a princess.
The boys arrived and I captured some final preps for them. Button holes were popped on and Ash stood at the front of the isle nervously waiting.
With many guests and family seated, the bride glided down the isle to her groom who greeted her with open arms.
The ceremony went without hitch and a few tears of joy were witnessed.
A corridor of smilling faces with fists of confetti filled the air and through came the newley weds. Mr and Mrs Goodfellow were covered!
A group shot of the wedding party came after this and people filled the spaces with drinks and canopes. A few moments of private time with the couple whilst we did some beautiful romantic shots and then the remaining time was enjoyed with more drinks and laughter.
It was lovely to see familiar faces and long term friends were reunited again.
Dinner was served, and it blew everyone away.
Speeches were underway, the room was in histerics.
Coffee followed whilst the room was converted into a dancefloor for the evening. More guests arrived and the drinks carried on flowing.
Cutting of the cake and first dance was witnessed by close to 100 people! Everyone was up and dancing celebrating with the wedding party, the couples favourite tunes blasting through the speakers.
What a day! Yet another beautiful wedding covered and some amazing memories created, reacorded and presented by me. I’m happy to share a few examples below.
