Barney's quick Bio

Excuse my silly pose... I'm not usually the one in front of the camera!

I've a solid career in professional advertising photography in some of the countries leading studios.

Studing Photography & Digital Imaging for over 5 years in higher education & gaining many qualifications, I’ve been behind a camera ever since.

Starting out in the world of car advertising and working in London's biggest car studios, to the current day where my work has been featured on many billboards, bus stop posters, in countless magazines and websites. During my colourful career I’ve photographed everything, from the Prime Minister to Royal Family members, cars & motorbikes, food, fashion, product and everything in-between. My work's featured worldwide, across all media platforms, websites, magazines, billboards, buses & lorries, bus stops, and national press.

Commercial photography:

Commercial photography commisions; I try to be as approachable and friendly as possible, yet retaining a professional presence and being a bit of a 'chameleon'. I know when to switch it on and when it's not appropriate. I that's one of the most important parts of my skill set, apart from of course the technical ability to create what the client requires and being able to twist to any particular demands.

Social Photography:

Weddings and portraits are of course a big part of everyones lives, myself... having photographed my first ever wedding at the tender age of 19, (on 35mm film) was a scary experience for someone so young, with so much pressure... but from this point I also had the bug for wedding photography.

Now married myself with children, I’ve passed my passion for photography onto my wife Emma. She knows how important it really is to have great photography and memories to look back on forever. My twin children, Max & Millie are sure to be the most photographed kids in the area and show promising skills to follow suit.

Our wedding photography social style is unobtrusive and friendly. When we attend weddings and social events we like to feature REAL moments and show the day how it was. So much so, we rarely need to get too involved (which we find is the best way). We use the latest equipment and techniques. If you're after a styled approach or a natural 'off the wall' look, we can cater for all.

Based on the Surrey/West Sussex border, we are often found further afield, (being Crawley Photographers doesn't mean we just stay in Crawley), we love to travel. Having photographed weddings all over the world there is no place too far or intimate event too small.

Enough from us, please have a look at our images as we believe the pictures do the talking.
